Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY 

NEWTRAL currently delivers exclusively within the state of Tamil Nadu, India. 
This limited delivery zone is part of our controlled launch phase to ensure efficient logistics, 
faster shipping timelines, and better service quality. 
Order Processing 
All orders are processed within 24–48 working hours (excluding Sundays and public 
holidays). Orders placed after 6 PM will be processed on the next working day. 
Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email and/or SMS. 
Delivery Timeline 
Estimated delivery time within Tamil Nadu: 
● Chennai: 2–3 business days 
● Other districts: 3–5 business days 
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier service operations, weather 
conditions, or unforeseen logistical disruptions. 
Shipping Charges 
● Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹1,499 
● A shipping charge of ₹99 applies to all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders 
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
Payment Methods 
We currently accept: 
● UPI 
● Debit/Credit Cards 
● Cash on Delivery (COD) 

Cash on Delivery (COD) 
Customers opting for COD must ensure availability at the delivery address. Repeated refusal 
of COD orders may result in restrictions on future orders. 
Address Accuracy 
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. NEWTRAL 
is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information. 
Service Area Limitation 
We do not ship outside Tamil Nadu at this time. Orders placed with delivery addresses 
outside Tamil Nadu will be automatically cancelled and refunded (if prepaid).
